🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities, nurturing long-term client relationships.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and pitching to closing and after-sales service.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, and operations) to drive customer satisfaction and market penetration.
  • Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer needs to adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline updates to leadership.
  • Mentor junior sales executives and help build a high-performing regional sales team.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of B2B or B2C sales success in a mid or senior role.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, data-driven selling, and regional market understanding.
  • Ability to work independently and meet performance targets in a fast-paced environment.
