🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✅ Procurement & Purchasing:
- Execute end-to-end procurement of civil materials and services as per project requirements.
- Maintain updated knowledge of civil construction items, specs, and vendor rates.
✅ Vendor & Contract Management:
- Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
- Draft, review, and manage contracts ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
✅ Tendering & Negotiations:
- Float tenders, evaluate bids, and conduct rate analysis.
- Finalize vendor selection through commercial negotiations and award process.
✅ Material & Cost Management:
- Ensure timely availability of materials at site as per project plan.
- Track material movement, validate consumption, and avoid overstocking or wastage.
- Support in BOQ validations and cost optimization strategies.
🔹 Required Skills & Attributes:
- Strong understanding of civil materials, market rates, and construction schedules.
- Good negotiation, documentation, and vendor evaluation capabilities.
- Experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/others preferred).
- Strong communication and coordination skills across functions.
