🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Procurement & Purchasing:

  • Execute end-to-end procurement of civil materials and services as per project requirements.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of civil construction items, specs, and vendor rates.

Vendor & Contract Management:

  • Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with suppliers, subcontractors, and service providers.
  • Draft, review, and manage contracts ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Tendering & Negotiations:

  • Float tenders, evaluate bids, and conduct rate analysis.
  • Finalize vendor selection through commercial negotiations and award process.

Material & Cost Management:

  • Ensure timely availability of materials at site as per project plan.
  • Track material movement, validate consumption, and avoid overstocking or wastage.
  • Support in BOQ validations and cost optimization strategies.

🔹 Required Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong understanding of civil materials, market rates, and construction schedules.
  • Good negotiation, documentation, and vendor evaluation capabilities.
  • Experience in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/others preferred).
  • Strong communication and coordination skills across functions.
