🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Lead regional sales growth for flex workspace, targeting startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, real estate heads, and key decision-makers.
- Drive outbound and inbound sales strategy, focusing on channel partners and enterprise clients.
- Own end-to-end sales cycles—from lead generation and proposal development to closure.
- Motivate and manage a high-performance sales team aligned to business goals.
- Ensure market competitiveness by tracking trends, micro-markets, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, marketing, design, community, and client solutions teams.
- Represent the brand at strategic events, building strong market visibility and influence.
🔹 Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
- 12+ years in real estate sales, commercial leasing, or flex workspace sales.
- Proven track record of high-value enterprise deal closures and exceeding revenue targets.
- Deep market understanding of southern India, especially Bangalore’s commercial real estate space.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience with longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Proficiency with CRM/SaaS sales tools and data-driven forecasting.
