🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead regional sales growth for flex workspace, targeting startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, real estate heads, and key decision-makers.
  • Drive outbound and inbound sales strategy, focusing on channel partners and enterprise clients.
  • Own end-to-end sales cycles—from lead generation and proposal development to closure.
  • Motivate and manage a high-performance sales team aligned to business goals.
  • Ensure market competitiveness by tracking trends, micro-markets, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, marketing, design, community, and client solutions teams.
  • Represent the brand at strategic events, building strong market visibility and influence.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 12+ years in real estate sales, commercial leasing, or flex workspace sales.
  • Proven track record of high-value enterprise deal closures and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Deep market understanding of southern India, especially Bangalore’s commercial real estate space.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience with longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
  • Proficiency with CRM/SaaS sales tools and data-driven forecasting.
