🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue via managed office space (MOS) sales through direct clients and channel partners.
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline using leads from IPCs, LPCs, and brokers.
  • Conduct regular sales reviews and pipeline strategy meetings.
  • Lead RFP/RFQ/tender responses and guide clients through proposal to closure.
  • Develop channel partner relationships and drive joint go-to-market initiatives.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, market intelligence, and competitor tracking.
  • Partner with internal teams for successful site visits, negotiations, and contracts.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 10+ years in real estate sales, commercial leasing, or coworking business development.
  • Excellent sales negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience dealing with CXO-level stakeholders and long sales cycles.
  • Knowledge of legal terms in leasing, proposals, and contract execution.
  • High proficiency in Excel and data-driven sales planning.
