🔹 Key Responsibilities:

  • Own revenue and membership growth across startups, SMEs, and enterprises.
  • Build strategic relationships with CXOs, Heads of Real Estate, HR, and Founders.
  • Drive lead generation, pipeline development, and deal closure for workspace leasing.
  • Lead a high-performance sales team, ensuring target achievement.
  • Manage broker relationships and real estate channel partnerships.
  • Oversee market expansion strategies and competitive analysis.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for seamless onboarding and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the brand at key networking events and conferences.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years in enterprise sales, commercial real estate, or coworking space leasing.
  • Strong client acquisition, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven leadership in managing sales teams and high-value clients.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tools; knowledge of real estate micro-markets.
