Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Vendor & Supply Manager to lead the procurement, performance, and expansion of our 2-wheeler delivery partner network. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vendor management and logistics, ensuring seamless last-mile operations across multiple cities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage reliable 2-wheeler delivery partners.
- Track vendor performance and ensure SLA compliance.
- Negotiate contracts with favorable terms and pricing.
- Optimize delivery operations through performance data and KPIs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align vendor capacity with operational needs.
- Regularly review contracts and manage renewals and compliance.
- Prepare reports on delivery trends, vendor effectiveness, and cost efficiency.
- Ensure delivery partners meet all legal, regulatory, and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with vendors to support long-term scalability.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in vendor or logistics management, ideally in last-mile or e-commerce delivery.
- Strong skills in vendor negotiations, contract handling, and operational analysis.
- Experience working across geographies with a focus on performance-driven delivery supply.
- Proficiency in analyzing data and generating actionable insights.
