Role Overview:
We are hiring a Senior Operations Manager to lead our hyperlocal last-mile delivery operations. This role involves overseeing logistics strategy, optimizing supply and demand, managing teams, and ensuring SLA compliance. Ideal for someone experienced in fast-paced, high-scale delivery ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery operations, including supply planning and fulfilment.
- Optimize logistics to meet SLA targets and reduce cancellations.
- Coordinate cross-functionally to enhance customer experience and efficiency.
- Plan supply based on demand trends; implement initiatives to boost retention.
- Engage and maintain strong vendor and partner relationships.
- Lead, mentor, and train the delivery operations team.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and identify process improvements.
Requirements:
- 5–10 years of experience in hyperlocal/multi-city delivery operations.
- Proven ability to manage P&L and operational budgets.
- Strong vendor management and stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Analytical mindset with hands-on experience in delivery tech platforms.
