Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant to lead the finance function. The role demands strong expertise in financial compliance, reporting, and cost management, with an ability to drive operational efficiency and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounting & Compliance: Ensure accurate financial reporting aligned with Ind AS, GST, TDS, and other statutory norms.
- Taxation & Audits: Handle direct and indirect tax compliance, coordinate with auditors, and manage all statutory filings.
- MIS & Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analytical reports for internal review.
- Cost Management: Monitor and analyse financial data to control costs and drive profitability.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with banks, tax consultants, auditors, and regulatory bodies for finance-related matters.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor the finance team to ensure smooth operations and timely deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Chartered Accountant (CA)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Finance & Accounting (logistics or delivery platform experience preferred)
- Technical Skills: Strong command over ERP systems, MS Excel, and financial modelling
- Compliance Knowledge: Well-versed in Indian taxation, corporate regulations, and audit practices
