Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of PCG Relationship Managers & Advisors.
- Acquire and manage HNI & Ultra HNI equity clients.
- Handle large trader portfolios and drive revenue growth.
- Achieve AUM targets and ensure client retention.
- Execute cross-selling initiatives as per business focus.
Must-Have Skills:
- Strong knowledge of capital markets, portfolio management & financial planning.
- Proven team leadership in wealth/PCG functions.
- Excellent relationship management and client servicing skills.
Criteria:
- Min. 5 years of relevant PCG/HNI experience.
- Min. 2 years of stability in current organization.
- Currently handling ₹10 Cr+ AUM.
