Location: Gurgaon
Experience: 5–8 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct design calculations for water demand, pump head, pipe sizing, tank/STP/WTP sizing, rainwater harvesting, and solid waste management.
- Ensure adherence to IS Codes, NBC 2016, and local authority standards.
- Familiarity with sustainable and green building practices, WELL certification, and net-zero concepts.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, BIM, and hydraulic design software.
- Coordinate MEP systems with architectural and structural teams.
- Review and approve contractor drawings, technical data sheets, and material submissions.
- Prepare documents for authority approvals (firefighting, EC, TOD, TOR, water assurance, etc.).
- Conduct site visits, ensure design compliance during execution, and prepare quality reports.
- Address RFIs and technical queries from project sites in a timely manner.
- Review lift traffic analysis and HVAC designs (including heat load calculations).
- Contribute across all stages—from feasibility to design, execution, and closure.
- Collaborate effectively with stakeholders and be an active, communicative team player.

- Strong knowledge of MEP design and latest building services technologies.
- Practical experience in project execution and coordination.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
