Role Overview:
We’re hiring a strategic, entrepreneurial, and analytical professional to join the Founder’s Office as Head of Strategy. This is a high-impact role that involves working closely with the Managing Director on mission-critical projects across business functions. You’ll be at the center of business transformation—driving cross-functional initiatives, enabling data-led decision-making, and acting as a thought partner to senior leadership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the MD on strategic planning, project execution, and business priorities.
  • Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and business performance analysis.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives spanning operations, finance, product, and marketing.
  • Develop business cases, presentations, and insights for leadership and stakeholders.
  • Monitor business KPIs and propose actionable improvements.
  • Identify and solve key operational bottlenecks.
  • Act as a bridge between the Founder’s Office and key internal/external stakeholders.
  • Support with investor relations, board documentation, and high-level reporting.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related; MBA preferred.
  • 4–7 years of experience in strategy roles, consulting, or fast-growing startups.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with project ownership mindset.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in ambiguity, multitask, and work with high accountability.
  • Prior experience working directly with senior leadership or founders is a plus.
