Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and administer Google Workspace for Education Plus, including user access, security settings, OUs, groups, and reporting.
- Deploy and manage over 400+ Chromebooks using Google Admin Console and zero-touch/manual enrollment methods.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for Google tools and devices, ensuring smooth operation of internet, firewalls, AV setups, and hybrid learning tools.
- Conduct training sessions for teachers/staff and maintain digital SOPs, cyber safety protocols, and usage guides.
- Collaborate with academic teams to integrate EdTech tools into the curriculum.
- Manage licensing, vendor relations, Chromebook procurement, and maintenance contracts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years in IT with at least 2 years in Google Workspace for Education
- Proven experience managing 400+ Chromebooks and deep knowledge of Google Admin Console
- Understanding of DNS, firewalls, networking, and cross-OS environments
- Strong documentation, communication, and training skills
- Preferred certifications: Google Certified Administrator, Deployment Specialist, Educator Level 1/2
- Prior experience in CBSE/IB K–12 school environment is a plus
