Role Overview:
We are looking for a visionary Deputy General Manager – Digital Transformation to lead technology strategy, automation, and innovation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with enterprise-level digital applications, SAP/WFX implementations, and the ability to drive process optimization across manufacturing and export operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a tech strategy aligned with business goals.
- Lead digital transformation across design, production, and supply chain functions.
- Implement Industry 4.0 solutions and process automation.
- Manage robust IT infrastructure and ensure data security compliance.
- Oversee SAP/WFX implementations (minimum 2 end-to-end projects), especially in Finance module.
- Provide strategic direction on SAP/WFX application roadmap and services.
- Ensure application uptime, incident resolution, change management, and stakeholder coordination.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to implement analytics, CRM, and ERP tools.
- Enable real-time decision-making using manufacturing data analytics.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams to ensure seamless digital adoption.
- Ensure continuity and resilience of core applications and infrastructure.
Skills Required:
- Strong expertise in SAP/WFX project management (esp. Finance module)
- Digital applications & portals for manufacturing and logistics
- IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, vendor & stakeholder management
- Industry 4.0, automation, analytics tools, incident & change management
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
