Experience: 15–20 years
Qualification: Graduate / MBA preferred
Work Days: 5-day work week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive leasing of office spaces for assigned commercial properties, focusing on MNCs and corporate clients.
  • Create and execute strategies for business development, market penetration, and competitor analysis.
  • Manage end-to-end leasing cycle – from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and documentation.
  • Build strong broker/consultant networks and manage corporate relations to drive occupancy and revenue.
  • Conduct market feasibility studies for upcoming projects and ensure strategic tenant mix.
  • Lead corporate presentations, client site visits, and relationship building for long-term leasing success.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (legal, design, projects, customer service) to ensure seamless execution.
  • Track leasing performance, revenue realization, and ensure compliance with leasing processes and regulations.
  • Assist in budgeting, deal structuring, and approval processes as per internal delegation policies.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 15+ years of experience in business development, especially in commercial real estate or hospitality (Tier 1 hotel background preferred).
  • Strong experience in leasing, client relationship management, and deal negotiations.
  • Proven ability to lead strategic planning, revenue generation, and broker/channel partner management.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills.
  • Strong understanding of office leasing market trends, compliance, and documentation processes
