Role Summary:

You will lead the Business Travel division, owning end-to-end responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, client retention, strategic partnerships, and team leadership. A highly visible leadership role with direct accountability for business P&L, credit control, commercial strategy, and sales operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Leadership: Manage the P&L and balance sheet of the Business Travel vertical, including credit risk evaluation of corporate clients.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution: Drive upselling, cross-selling, and strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue.
  • Client Relationship Management: Ensure long-term relationships with key corporate clients; oversee retention, service delivery, and policy formulation.
  • Supplier Management: Negotiate supplier contracts and commercial deals to ensure optimal value.
  • Commercial Strategy: Contribute to defining the product and service mix, commercial roadmaps, and go-to-market plans.
  • Operational Oversight: Collaborate with implementation, operations, and tech teams to automate travel policies and optimize client travel programs.
  • Team Management: Coach and mentor a high-performing team; define KRAs/KPIs, drive productivity, and align team goals with business objectives.
  • Client Onboarding & Delivery: Lead sales pitches, implementation, and seamless service delivery across accounts.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Influence and collaborate with leadership across departments and client organizations.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Deep expertise in the corporate travel ecosystem, with 15+ years in strategic, sales, and leadership roles.
  • Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to manage P&L and influence CXO-level clients.
  • Excellent negotiation, relationship-building, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Hands-on experience with travel policy automation and tech integration.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
