Role Overview:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Full Stack Corporate Trainer specializing in MERN, MEAN, or Java Full Stack Development. In this client-facing training role, you’ll design and deliver hands-on, high-impact training sessions, mentor learners, and help bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world application across PAN India locations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end training sessions on MERN / MEAN / Java Full Stack technologies.
- Customize training modules as per client needs and audience skill levels.
- Design engaging learning materials including labs, projects, assignments, and assessments.
- Mentor and guide participants throughout the training journey.
- Troubleshoot issues faced by learners during sessions and assist in practical problem-solving.
- Evaluate participant progress via tests, interactive discussions, and hands-on projects.
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and motivating learning environment.
- Stay up to date with the latest full stack technologies and integrate best practices into training.
- Provide post-training support to ensure successful knowledge transfer.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of experience in delivering training (corporate, academic, or bootcamp formats).
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in MERN or MEAN stack OR strong Java Full Stack background.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, Node.js, Express.js.
- Proficiency in MySQL, MongoDB or similar databases.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
- Bonus: Exposure to Java/DotNet stacks, DevOps practices, or cloud technologies.
