Role Overview:
We’re hiring a Cloud Solution Architect with strong hands-on experience in AWS infrastructure and DevOps automation. This role demands a proactive leader who can manage cloud systems, optimize platform security, and guide the team in implementing scalable, secure, and automated solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy, automate, manage, and maintain AWS-based production environments.
- Ensure cloud systems are reliable, secure, and scalable.
- Troubleshoot across platforms and domains using proven system problem-solving techniques.
- Automate operational processes using modern infrastructure tools and frameworks.
- Provide operational support for application deployments and infrastructure issues.
- Drive security best practices in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Improve and maintain policies and standards for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD.
- Collaborate with product and development teams for continuous delivery and improvement.
- Lead and mentor a technical team to distribute tasks and manage daily operational load.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 4–7 years of experience in AWS infrastructure management and DevOps practices.
- Proven ability to automate, scale, and secure production systems.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure security.
- Experience leading technical teams and managing operational workloads.
- Analytical thinker with a proactive problem-solving approach.
