Position: Draughtsman – High-Rise Residential Projects
📍 Location: Head Office, Andheri (Mumbai)
🕐 Experience: 2 years, Relevant experience in high-rise residential buildings within Mumbai suburbs/city (mandatory)
Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Draughtsman with hands-on exposure to high-rise residential projects (up to 70 meters / 23 floors) in Mumbai. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in GFC drawings and capable of collaborating across multiple design and execution teams to ensure precision and compliance at all construction stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare comprehensive GFC drawings: setting-out plans, centerline plans, floor plans, sections, elevations, and detailed layouts for lift lobbies, staircases, kitchens, toilets, electricals, furniture, and more.
- Create technical layouts for Open Footings, Retaining Walls, Raft, STP, Pump Room, Car Pit, Piling, and Rainwater Harvesting systems.
- Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP consultants, and on-site execution teams.
- Prepare area statements: MOFA Carpet Area, RERA Carpet Area, BUA, etc.
- Conduct site inspections to verify execution as per approved GFC drawings.
- Visit sites to check slab readiness and critical construction designs prior to casting.
- Explain and clarify drawings and specifications to execution teams (engineers/site staff).
- Organize and maintain electronic and hard-copy drawings and documentation for efficient retrieval.
Required Expertise:
- Proven experience with high-rise residential buildings (23+ floors) in Mumbai.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings, detailing, and on-site construction practices.
- Excellent coordination and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage drawing documentation efficiently.
