What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and enhance Automation Anywhere RPA bots for peak performance.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and boost automation efficiency.
- Document processes and share best practices with precision.
- Lead client interactions to ensure smooth issue resolution.
- Mentor and guide support teams to excel in RPA operations.
What You Bring:
- Expertise in Automation Anywhere (AA360, Document Automation).
- Strong skills in troubleshooting, bot architecture, and scripting.
- Knowledge of SQL, cloud platforms, APIs, and automation frameworks.
- Exceptional documentation, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Automation Anywhere certifications are a plus!
