Key Responsibilities:
> Drive leasing of office spaces to multinational and corporate clients for assigned properties.
> Conduct strategic planning and competitor analysis to enhance market positioning.
> Lead presentations to brands and maintain strong PR with corporate houses.
> Assess market feasibility for upcoming projects to support business decisions.
> Develop leasing projections and strategies for revenue generation to meet targets.
> Plan and execute sales/leasing initiatives, focusing on customer retention and development.
> Expand and manage broker/consultant networks, introducing innovative incentive and sales/leasing schemes.
> Build and nurture tenant relationships, implementing customer service programs to ensure high satisfaction.

> Proven expertise in leasing, sales, and business development within real estate or hospitality.
> Strong strategic and analytical skills for market and competitor analysis.
> Excellent presentation, networking, and PR skills with corporate clients.
