Job Summary:
We are seeking a results-oriented and analytical Recruitment Manager with solid experience in the staffing industry. The ideal candidate must have demonstrated success in leading recruitment teams, direct client engagement, target achievement, and revenue ownership. A numbers-driven mindset and strong Excel proficiency are essential for tracking performance, forecasting, and optimizing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve recruitment targets and maintain high performance.

Target & KPI Management: Set clear recruitment goals, monitor team KPIs, and drive consistent achievement of hiring and revenue targets.

Client Interaction: Directly engage with clients for requirements gathering, performance reviews, and relationship management.

Revenue Ownership: Manage recruitment revenue, billing cycles, and profitability. Take accountability for achieving and growing assigned revenue targets.

Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports on hiring status, performance metrics, and client deliverables using advanced Excel tools (pivot tables, dashboards, VLOOKUP, etc.).

Numbers-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and process improvements.

Full-Cycle Recruitment: Oversee end-to-end recruitment for various roles across industries, ensuring timely and quality closures.

Market Insight: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor strategies, and candidate availability to align recruitment strategies.

Process Improvement: Continuously improve sourcing strategies, interview processes, and team efficiency.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in recruitment, with at least 2 years in a team management role in the staffing industry.

Proven hands-on experience in Excel for reporting, tracking, and performance analysis.

Strong numbers-driven mindset with a deep understanding of metrics and KPIs.

Demonstrated success in direct client interaction and relationship building.

Experience in setting, managing, and achieving targets and revenue goals.

Familiarity with MIS, sourcing platforms, and recruitment best practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills.
